One to One Therapy in Berkshire

Having worked through an addiction to alcohol, I know what is needed and how to obtain a state of recovery from an addiction. It doesn’t matter whether you are addicted to alcohol, food, sex or work (to name a few), the addiction treatments I provide are designed to achieve recovery as quickly as possible. Within your one to one therapy sessions with me you will also learn how to sustain recovery for the years to come.
